[Remote] Account Manager, Small Pharma

They are seeking an Account Manager to support their Small Pharma Segment, managing a portfolio of approximately 20–30 pharmaceutical clients while driving client satisfaction and revenue growth. This role involves strong relationship management, consultative selling, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver value for clients.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for assigned Small Pharma accounts, owning overall client relationship health and satisfactionManage day-to-day client interactions, including scope management, expectation setting, issue resolution, and escalation mitigationProactively identify opportunities to reshape scope, reframe client needs, and expand engagement valuePromote and sell IQVIA data assets and broader commercial solutions to existing clients through value-based, consultative conversationsIdentify new revenue opportunities within assigned accounts and support value-added sales initiativesPartner with internal sales specialists and solution teams to bring the right offering to each clientOwn contracting, invoicing, and commercial administration for assigned accountsCoordinate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Delivery, Analytics, Legal, Finance, etc.) to ensure seamless execution and service deliveryBroker appropriate internal support across the broader IQVIA network based on client needsHost and participate in internal business reviews and account planning sessionsRepresent IQVIA at client meetings, conferences, and IQVIA-sponsored eventsBuild trusted relationships with client stakeholders while positioning IQVIA as a long-term strategic partnerSkillsBachelor's degree required3–6 years of experience in the life sciences industryExperience in account management, client services, sales, or commercial rolesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneouslyStrong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsExperience selling data, analytics, or commercial solutions into pharmaceutical or biotech clientsFamiliarity with life sciences commercial models, data assets, or market access/commercial strategyExperience working cross-functionally within a matrixed organizationBenefitsDependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.Company OverviewIQVIA provides analytics, compliance, and management solutions to the life sciences industry.
