This role involves serving as a primary customer contact, ensuring successful onboarding, and maintaining strong customer relationships through proactive communication and performance monitoring.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary customer contact following implementation and stabilizationBuild strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-upMonitor platform adoption, customer feedback, workflow effectiveness, and usage metricsIdentify opportunities for training, optimization, and operational improvementsEnsure customer concerns, support tickets, and enhancement requests are addressed promptlyPartner with Sales and Operations leadership to identify retention risks and growth opportunitiesProvide clear, timely updates to customers and internal stakeholdersDeliver a positive customer experience throughout implementation and ongoing operationsMaintain strong collaboration across customers, partners, Sales, Operations, and technical teamsSupport implementation and go-live activities alongside Operations and technical teamsCoordinate communication with pharmacies, phone vendors, Twilio, pharmacy system partners, and internal resourcesProactively communicate to prevent delays, confusion, and implementation gapsAssist with implementation tracking, testing, workflow validation, and follow-up activitiesMonitor implementation progress and escalate issues when necessaryParticipate in go-live monitoring and early-stage customer stabilization effortsMaintain accurate CRM records and implementation tracking documentationDocument customer concerns, open items, resolutions, and implementation progressSupport development of implementation guides and operational processesIdentify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to support scalability and consistencySkillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently in fast-paced remote environmentStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesStrong analytic and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to remain professional and solution driven under pressureExperience in customer success, implementation support, SaaS, healthcare technology, telecommunications, or related fields preferredPharmacy, healthcare workflow, or healthcare technology experience strongly preferredCompany OverviewSynerio design, develop and implement customized solutions for business and government.
