[Remote] Account Manager, Partner Relations

The Account Manager, Partner Relations, is responsible for overseeing strategies for preferred partners, including contract negotiations and revenue optimization, while fostering collaboration across various departments to enhance sales growth.ResponsibilitiesNegotiate annual contracts for new and existing preferred partners for Internova Travel GroupDevelop leisure resources, incentives and support tools to maximize supplier/Advisor revenueDevelop strategic plans aligned to deliver the budgeted sales and revenue forecasts for each assigned partner and modify as required by market conditionsPresent and encourage the adoption of new marketing, technology tools and contract improvements with a focus on improving financial terms and increased marketing and sponsorship fundingWork with all applicable internal departments to ensure each partner’s strategic plan is fully implemented and executedCultivate and maintain strong relationships with each assigned accountAligned as Internova Travel Group and Travel Leaders Network point person as it relates to account communications and second-level problem resolution as appropriateWork with internal partner relations team to analyze revenue, booking trends and make recommendations to modify goals or strategic account plans based on market conditionsPrepare and conduct monthly internal presentations to align business unit teams on core strategies and performance updates for your assigned accountsRemain current with new partnerships, tools and supplier insights/trendsOther duties as assignedSkillsBachelor degree in business or marketing is preferred or relevant work experience requiredA minimum of 5- 7 years' travel industry sales and/or marketing experience, with an emphasis on account managementProven experience in the development and execution of partnering with suppliers to enhance relationships and revenue growthExperience in corporate operations: budgets, marketing plans, cost of sale analysis, sales team management, contracts, incentive plans and strategic analysisImpeccable attention to detailStrong interpersonal, negotiating and presentation skillsAbility to prioritize, multitask and is a self-starterExcellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)This position requires up to 20% travelBenefitsChoice of two medical plans and two dental plansVision insuranceFlexible spending accounts (FSAs)Company-paid life insurance and AD&DOptional additional life insurance and AD&DDisability insurancePaid parental leavePaid time off401k Plan with company matchDiscounted employee travel optionsAccess to LinkedIn Learning webinars and coursesDiscounted pet insurance and auto, home, & renters insuranceThis role may be eligible for an incentive, commission, bonus, or a discretionary bonus program based on the company’s financial goal achievement and individual performance.Company OverviewTravel Leaders Network is a travel agency network community that provides marketing, lead generation, and luxury travel solutions.
