Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication
Manage client expectations, timelines, and deliverables with the internal team
Facilitate meetings, gather feedback, and oversee project progress
Coordinate with designers, strategists, and tech teams to ensure smooth execution of client work
Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and satisfaction
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in account management, client services, or project management (preferably in a marketing or digital agency)
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects while maintaining attention to detail
Familiarity with HoneyBook and Monday.com (or similar project management tools)
Comfortable working remotely with flexible, results-driven hours
