[Remote] Account Manager – Oilfield Equipment & Aftermarket Solutions

The Account Manager will drive commercial growth for AJIC’s oilfield equipment and aftermarket portfolio by developing customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and converting equipment and service opportunities into revenue.ResponsibilitiesManage and grow assigned customer accounts across AJIC’s oilfield equipment, spare parts, service, refurbishment, and aftermarket support offeringsDevelop new business opportunities with E&P operators, pressure pumping companies, oilfield service providers, industrial customers, and equipment users across the North American marketSell and support AJIC product lines that may include frac equipment, electric frac systems, turbine-driven frac equipment, coiled tubing units, cementing equipment, flowline products, plunger pumps, spare parts, wellhead equipment, and related field support solutionsBuild customer relationships with procurement, operations, engineering, maintenance, supply chain, and executive-level stakeholdersLead consultative sales discussions by understanding customer equipment needs, operating conditions, technical requirements, delivery expectations, and commercial decision driversDevelop quotations, proposals, pricing recommendations, sales strategies, and account plans that support revenue growth and margin targetsIdentify cross-sell opportunities tied to installed equipment, spare parts demand, service needs, refurbishment work, and long-term account developmentCoordinate with product, engineering, service, operations, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure customer requirements are properly understood and commercially supportedMaintain accurate CRM records, sales activity, customer notes, opportunity stages, forecasted revenue, and account follow-up actionsConduct customer visits, product presentations, business reviews, facility meetings, and field-related discussions as requiredRespond to customer issues with urgency and coordinate internal support to protect customer satisfaction, account retention, and future revenue opportunitiesRepresent AJIC at trade shows, customer meetings, product demonstrations, and industry events to increase market visibility and strengthen customer engagementTrack competitor activity, customer buying trends, equipment demand, pricing pressure, and market opportunities within assigned accounts and territoryDeliver assigned revenue, margin, pipeline, customer development, and account growth targetsSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
