They are seeking an Account Manager to help expand and renew their client base for their Accounting Workflow Automation solution, collaborating closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams.ResponsibilitiesLead a book of business for existing mid-market clients to effectively expand partnerships within the FloQast customer baseWork cross-functionally with internal teams such as Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Sales OperationsManage a book of business of existing clients to effectively ensure on-time growth and customer expansion working with the CSM teamMaintain accurate and up-to-date forecasts in Salesforce.comProvide sales management with reports on sales activities and projects as requestedPursue and increase knowledge of key competitors to ensure that our value proposition is effectively communicated to customersManage and maintain accurate renewal opportunities, and account information within Salesforce.comAchieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targetsNetworking, relationship building, coordinating internal resources to solve client’s issues and execution of service agreementsTravel as required within assigned territory to accomplish and exceed goals, up to 30%Other projects as assignedSkillsBA/BS or equivalent experience preferred2+ years of demonstrated successful software sales, preferably B2BFloQast/Close Management Software knowledge highly desiredExperience using a consultative, solution based sales methodology desiredProven record of success in an inside sales and or outside sales based selling modelExcellent written and verbal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email with customersAbility and resilience to work in a fast paced sales environment with a proven history of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targetsAbility to develop trusted relationships with clients and internal teamsProficiency with Microsoft Office products and online collaboration toolsExperience with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.com and OutreachProven ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecastingBenefitsCommission plan in addition to base payMedicalDentalVisionFamily Forming benefitsLife & Disability InsuranceUnlimited VacationParticipation in our Employee Stock ProgramCompany OverviewFloQast is a financial close management software designed to streamline the month-end close process for accounting teams.
