[Remote] Account Manager - North America - Strategic Segment

They are seeking an Account Manager to own the commercial relationship and customer success across strategic accounts, ensuring value and driving expansion in a high-stakes environment.ResponsibilitiesOwn the full commercial relationship and customer success across a book of 5 to 15 strategic accountsMake sure every account is getting real value, expanding into new products, and renewing with convictionBuild executive partnerships, multi-stakeholder relationships, and long-term success plansAdvise on agent design, voice customization, conversation flows, integrations, and using data and logs to spot friction before customers doConnect what's working technically to what's growing commercially and partner closely with high growth accounts to help them achieve valueOwn NRR across managed book of business, drive cross-sell into ElevenLabs' expanding product suite, and lead renewals end to endSkills7 or more years of Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Enterprise Partnerships in B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products - with at least 3 to 5 years in a senior or strategic role and a track record of outcomes you personally droveYou've managed large, complex enterprise accounts and have the NRR and expansion numbers to show for it - not team numbers, yoursYou run full-cycle expansion motions end to end across complex, multi-stakeholder deals - you build the business case, navigate procurement, and close without a handoffYou've built genuine relationships at the C-suite level - not just had access to them.
