This role focuses on managing and growing relationships with small and mid-sized business customers, driving renewals, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and collaboration with internal teams.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for assigned SMB customers, ensuring responsiveness and satisfactionConduct periodic check-ins to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for improvementBuild relationships with operational and mid-level stakeholders within customer organizationsAct as the customer advocate internally to ensure timely resolution of issuesDrive contract renewals and identify opportunities for incremental growth within existing accountsPromote additional SaaS modules, features, and services aligned with customer needsManage a defined book of business and achieve assigned revenue targets through proactive pipeline managementSupport customers in understanding the value of Accruent solutions and best practicesPartner with Customer Success and Support teams to address issues and maintain high satisfaction levelsShare tips and resources to help customers maximize their investmentMonitor account health and escalate risks of churn earlyMaintain accurate CRM records (e.g., Salesforce) for forecasts, renewals, and pipeline activitiesProvide regular updates on account performance and growth opportunitiesWork closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services to deliver a positive customer experienceCommunicate customer feedback and enhancement requests to Product ManagementStay informed about Accruent’s offerings and competitive positioningShare relevant insights and best practices with customers to support their business objectivesSkills2–4 years of experience in account management, inside sales, or customer success within B2B SaaS or softwareDemonstrated success managing multiple SMB accounts and meeting revenue or retention goalsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsFamiliarity with CRM tools such as SalesforceExperience in asset management, facilities, or real estate-related software is a plusUnderstanding of SaaS renewals and upsell motionsBenefitsResources, coaching and support necessary to achieve Growth Without Limits in their personal and professional livesReasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilitiesCompany OverviewAccruent is a global software company that helps organizations transform how they manage their physical resources.
