[Remote] Account Manager (Non-sales)

They are seeking an Account Manager who will oversee client accounts, manage project life cycles, and ensure effective communication among cross-functional teams to deliver superior results.ResponsibilitiesFacilitates client accounts as the primary day-to-day contact; partners with clients independentlyResponsible for management of all phases of the project life cycle, including project financial management and revenue reconciliations both internally and externally for each programManage cross-functional teams to execute an assigned portfolio of client-facing Medical Communications and business intelligence programs as assignedPartner with Business Development on client meetings and updates globally across all lines of businessPartner and manage a multi-disciplinary internal project team, consisting of scientific content managers, design, editorial, digital servicesBuild strong relationships and maintain regular and effective communication with life science partners, key opinion leaders, and internal stakeholdersWork with multiple teams within the organization to accurately determine, assign, track, and manage project plans to ensure deliverables are on time and within budgetActively engaged in the management of budgets and financial tracking of projects and overall client accountsSupports client relationships by proactively addressing concerns and escalating and/or managing expectations with the support of the senior accounts teamWork with Account Services Coordinators and delegation of project-specific tasksPartner with the Meeting Management team and/or clients to facilitate air travel, hotel accommodations, and transportation for delegates and expert faculty when requiredEnsure company systems and procedures are adhered to and/or improved to ensure all expectations are fulfilledAvailable to travel as business requiresAvailable for teleconferences outside of usual working hours, to help ensure company-level global coverage of program and project needsSkillsRequires a High School education but a college degree is preferredExperience as a client services manager, 4+ years, medical communications agency experience preferredDemonstrated client services experience, including project management experience for meetings/events delivered both live and virtuallyExperience in internal and external stakeholder managementExperience leading the project teamExperience working within budgets and conducting financial reconciliationsExperienced in spreadsheets and project management softwareHighly efficient in the use of Office 365Be highly organized and able to track multiple operational needsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated excellent decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving capability in a very fast-paced environmentVerification of employment history, professional references, and education or trainingEligible Candidates must live in the US and be able to work in the USA college degree is preferredMedical communications agency experience preferredBenefits100% remote working environmentMedical, Dental, Vision InsuranceAnnual performance bonus eligibility401(k) with employer matchPaid Time Off (combined vacation & sick)Paid HolidaysPaid Parental LeavePaid Life & Disability InsuranceCompany OverviewAptitude Health is the leading provider of evidence-based insights and HCP engagement for oncology and hematology.
