[Remote] Account Manager II, Flavor Sales (Mountain/West)

The role focuses on driving flavor-focused sales development, managing customer relationships, and expanding McCormick's flavor footprint through new business opportunities.ResponsibilitiesDrive new business development across Utah and the Mountain / Intermountain West region, with primary focus on flavor opportunities. Prospect, qualify, and convert new accounts including CoMans and regional brands. Build and maintain a robust opportunity pipelineEstablish in-depth working relationships and manage activities at all levels within Purchasing, Supply Chain, Marketing, Technical, R&D, and Operations across assigned and target accountsPrioritize and independently manage customer product development projects across Flavor and adjacent product lines (seasonings, herbs, spices), from concept through commercializationDevelop, implement, and report against strategic and tactical business plans for assigned accounts and regional growth initiatives, including measurable success metricsDevelop customer pricing strategies in partnership with Sales Leadership to maximize growth and profitability; lead annual product and pricing reviewsServe as the primary McCormick contact for assigned accounts, promoting innovation, proactive customer intimacy, professionalism, and confidentialityTravel up to 50% of the timeSkillsBA/BS in Business, Food Science, or related discipline3–5 years of food industry sales experience, preferably in flavors, or adjacent consultative selling environmentsDemonstrated success in prospecting and new business development.
