The role involves managing the full sales cycle, conducting product demonstrations, and building strong customer relationships to ensure success in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesManage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing and account handoffProspect and engage business owners and decision-makers across various industries in the US marketConduct product demonstrations and present tailored communication solutions based on customer needsSell and support multiple SaaS platforms including texting, and email solutions such as SimpleTexting/ Sinch Engage, Mailgun, and MailjetHandle inbound and outbound sales activities through chat, phone calls, email, and virtual meetingsBuild and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while accurately tracking opportunities and activities within CRM platformsDevelop strong customer relationships by understanding business goals and recommending the best-fit solutionsCollaborate closely with internal teams including onboarding, support, marketing, and product teams to ensure customer successMeet or exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIsMaintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and competitor offeringsProvide an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales processSkillsAt least 3–5 years of proven experience in a sales role selling SaaS products or technology solutionsExperience managing the entire sales process including prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, closing, and pipeline managementStrong background handling customer interactions through chat, email, inbound calls, and outbound callsAbility to confidently engage with business owners and decision-makersStrong consultative selling, negotiation, and objection-handling skillsExcellent verbal and written English communication skillsHighly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilitiesComfortable working in a quota-driven and performance-focused environmentSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fully remote environmentExperience selling communication, messaging, email, or marketing technology solutions is highly preferredExperience using CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce and Pipedrive is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not requiredCompany OverviewSinch is a cloud communications company that connects businesses and customers through tools that enable personal engagement.
