This role involves building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth through upsells, and ensuring renewals while having strategic discussions with customers about their use cases.ResponsibilitiesManage business and grow Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by managing renewals and upsellsHave c-level discussions with customers and work on strategizing their use cases with our platformDemonstrate measurable ROI on clients’ investment in our products by hosting quarterly business reviewProactively understand the clients’ business to provide competitive insights and trendsCollaborate with global product, engineering and other technical teams to improve our product offeringsFollow industry trends and interpret these into day-to-day business impactUnderstand the product development cycle, being able to communicate between product teams and customers effectively to - manage expectations on feature requests and releasesIdentify product penetration, renewal, and upsell opportunities within the managed customer baseSkillsMust demonstrate the ability to both drive revenue growth (upsell/expand) and build long-term, trusted client relationshipsRequired knowledge of the mobile, PC, or console gaming ecosystem; expertise in all three is a major plusExperience in SaaS sales as an Account Executive or Account ManagerA genuine passion for the gaming industry, whether as an active gamer or through professional experienceStrong understanding of the SaaS industry and digital ecosystemAbility to identify product penetration, renewal, and upsell opportunities within the managed customer baseAbility to present complex data solutions in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences, including non-technicalWe're looking for an inherently proactive individual who takes full ownership of their portfolio.
