They are seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow customer accounts while driving sales growth and customer satisfaction through a consultative sales approach.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, manage, and grow relationships with existing customer accounts while identifying and closing new business opportunitiesPromote and sell products and services using a consultative, value-based sales approachExecute sales activities including prospecting calls, customer visits, follow-up, and account planningPrepare clear, accurate proposals and quotations for current and prospective customersNegotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to maximize value and profitability across accountsCreate and manage customer value plans that identify growth, share expansion, and revenue opportunitiesCoordinate closely with internal teams including marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical service to deliver integrated customer solutionsManage customer expectations and satisfaction through service level agreements and proactive communicationEstablish accurate monthly sales forecasts, track performance against targets, and report on progressManage Day Sales Outstanding (DSO) and Accounts Receivable (AR) in collaboration with customers and internal partnersMonitor market conditions, competitive activity, and product applications to identify opportunities and risksParticipate in trade shows and industry events as needed to support business developmentProvide regular oral and written updates to management on customer needs, challenges, competitive activity, and growth potentialSkillsBachelor's degree in a related business field requiredMinimum of 7+ years of sales experience, preferably within paper, packaging, or a related industrial/manufacturing environmentProven ability to manage accounts from prospecting through contract close using a consultative sales approachStrong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skillsResults-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong business acumen with the ability to understand customer needs and deliver value-based solutionsProficient in standard business and computer applications; CRM experience preferredWillingness and ability to travel as required (at least 50%)Professional, polished presence with a high sense of urgency and accountabilityCRM experience preferredBenefitsSIP bonusFull Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance401k Retirement Savings Plan, fully vested and company matchAn interesting job within the packaging & paper industryOpportunities for professional growthCompany OverviewMondi is an international packaging and paper Group employing services firm.
