The Account Manager, Federal Government will support the development and growth of strategic relationships across U.S. federal healthcare organizations, focusing on the Department of Veterans Affairs, Defense Health Agency, and Indian Health Service, while managing renewals and opportunities for medical equipment maintenance solutions.ResponsibilitiesSupport account planning for assigned federal healthcare customersLearn and map customer organizations, decision-makers, and buying structuresAssist with identifying growth opportunities across facilities and service linesGradually assume greater ownership of accounts as experience growsSupport the full sales lifecycle including qualification, proposals, pricing, and renewalsAssist with renewal and retention of service agreements and maintenance assetsCoordinate with internal teams to align solutions to customer needs and budgetsMaintain accurate opportunity, renewal, and pipeline data in CRM systemsBuild working relationships with HTM, facilities, supply chain, and contracting stakeholdersParticipate in customer meetings and reviews alongside senior account leadersDevelop confidence presenting solutions and responding to customer needsServe as a responsive, professional point of contact for day-to-day inquiriesLearn federal procurement processes, contract vehicles, and compliance requirementsSupport RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs in partnership with contracts and legal teamsCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth onboarding and service deliveryShare customer feedback to improve solutions and service executionSkills3+ years of experience supporting or selling into U.S. federal, government, or public-sector customers in a sales, account management, customer success, or business development roleInterest in government, healthcare, or service-based selling environmentsStrong communication, organization, and follow-through skillsComfort managing multiple stakeholders, tasks, and prioritiesCoachable mindset with desire to grow into a larger account ownership roleExposure to healthcare operations, medical equipment, or service modelsBachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, or related fieldBenefitsCompetitive compensation package withsalary, incentives,company ownership/equity, and comprehensive benefits (401k match, health, college debt reduction,andmore!)Careerand professional developmentthrough training,coachingand newexperiences.Hybrid culture with new & beautifulworkspacesthat balance flexibility, collaboration, and productivity.Inclusive and diverse community of passionate professionalslearning and growing together.Company OverviewPartsSource is the leading provider of replacement parts solutions for healthcare.
