[Remote] Account Manager - Environmental

They are seeking an Environmental Account Manager to support administrative and sales tasks, maintain client relationships, and ensure data integrity within their systems while collaborating with internal teams.ResponsibilitiesWorks with their Producer, service team, and other internal departments to plan, execute, and track customized service strategies for each clientHandles insurance quotes and proposals, providing a summary of programs, options, and other specifics to help clients in making purchasing decisionsBuilds personalized client relationships through multiple channels of communication such as phone, email, and in-person meetingsAnalyzes risk, coverage, and program structure and recommends optionsExecutes coverage and program changesLeverages insurance knowledge and communication skills to explain coverage terms, program options, and other items to clients as needed Works with service team to effectively manage and oversee new business and renewal processes by following ARMR procedures and protocolsAssembles submissions for underwriters based on information gathered from clients related to their exposures, lines of coverage needed, etcCommunicates with underwriters on submissions and negotiates premium, coverage, and other terms on behalf of clientsConsistently follows ARMR procedures and protocols related to serviceAccurately maintains complete client files including the clear documentation of account detail in agency management systems including policy information, activities, attachments, and correspondenceSkills4+ years of Insurance account management experience in the Excess & Surplus Insurance spaceProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe AcrobatAdaptable to new computer functions and processesWorks well in high-demand and fast-paced environmentAble to work independently as well as work cooperatively in a team environmentExperience and knowledge of environmental insurance a plusBenefitsMedical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability InsuranceESPP; 401k; Student Loan Assistance; Tuition ReimbursementFree Mental Health & Enhanced Advocacy ServicesPaid Time Off, Holidays, Preferred Partner Discounts and more.Company OverviewBrown & Brown delivers risk management solutions to help protect and preserve what our customers value most.
