They are seeking an Account Manager - Enterprise to drive revenue growth and build executive-level relationships with large enterprise customers in Southern California.ResponsibilitiesOwn and grow a defined territory across Southern California, with a primary focus on large Enterprise customersDrive revenue growth through direct and indirect sales of Keysight’s network visibility, monitoring, and security solutionsIdentify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within large, complex enterprise environmentsMaintain a healthy pipeline with strong funnel velocity, deal qualification, and conversion ratesConsistently meet or exceed bookings, pipeline, and activity targetsBuild trusted, executive‑level relationships with CIOs, CISOs, IT Directors, and network architects within Enterprise accountsConduct deep discovery sessions to understand enterprise‑scale challenges related to security, performance, compliance, and operational resilienceDeliver compelling executive and technical presentations that clearly articulate business value, ROI, and differentiationEngage closely with channel partners and strategic alliances to drive indirect sales and expand enterprise coverageCollaborate with technology partners on joint go‑to‑market motions and integrated enterprise solutionsClearly articulate the value of Keysight’s integrated visibility and security portfolio, including: Network packet brokers, Performance monitoring, Threat detection and forensics, Compliance and regulatory solutionsPartner closely with Solutions Engineers to shape technical strategies, enterprise architectures, and proof‑of‑concept engagementsDevelop and execute a SoCal Enterprise territory plan with clear account segmentation, target account lists, and growth strategiesAlign partner coverage and resources to priority enterprise accountsLeverage market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive data to refine go‑to‑market executionActively participate in ecosystem development through partner enablement, executive briefings, and joint marketing initiativesSkills6–8+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling network visibility, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or enterprise IT solutionsProven success selling into large Enterprise accounts, preferably within Southern CaliforniaStrong understanding of enterprise network architectures, security frameworks, hybrid/cloud environments, and digital transformation initiativesDemonstrated consultative selling skills, with the ability to map technical solutions to executive‑level business outcomesHighly motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable operating in a complex, competitive enterprise sales environmentExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills—capable of engaging both technical and executive stakeholdersExperience using Salesforce, MEDDIC (or similar enterprise sales methodologies) is a plusBenefitsMedical, dental and visionHealth Savings AccountHealth Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending AccountsLife, Accident, Disability insuranceBusiness Travel Accident and Business Travel Health401(k) PlanFlexible Time Off, Paid HolidaysPaid Family LeaveDiscounts, PerksTuition ReimbursementAdoption AssistanceESPP (Employee Stock Purchase Plan)Company OverviewKeysight Technologies is an electronic measurement company.
