The role involves driving retention, expansion, and long-term strategic value across a defined book of enterprise accounts while acting as a trusted advisor to legal department leadership and hiring managers.ResponsibilitiesOwn and grow a portfolio of Legal.ioβs largest enterprise accountsDevelop deep relationships with key stakeholders, including legal operations and counsel personasSupport quarterly business reviews and strategic account planning sessionsDrive client adoption of Legal.ioβs marketplace and data products to ensure measurable ROIIdentify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities, achieving quarterly and annual expansion targetsMonitor and proactively manage account health metrics including retention, churn risk, usage, and revenue growthPartner closely with Enterprise Sales, Talent, Product, and Operations teams to deliver a seamless client experienceCapture structured client feedback and translate insights into product and process improvementsSkills3+ years of experience in enterprise account management, client success, or business development within a SaaS, marketplace, or legal services environmentDemonstrated success managing complex enterprise accounts with responsibility for revenue retention and expansionExperience working with in-house legal departments or strong familiarity with the legal industryComfortable engaging executive stakeholders and navigating multi-threaded buying organizationsHighly analytical and metrics-driven, with experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce and tools like Apollo and ClayAble to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environmentBenefitsCompetitive base compensation plus performance-based bonusEquity participationFull medical, dental, and vision coverage (with dependent options)Paid parental leaveUnlimited PTORemote-friendly work environment with home office stipendCompany OverviewLegal.io is the enterprise marketplace for legal talent and tools.
