The Account Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through a consultative, solution-selling approach, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with marketing and cross-functional teams.ResponsibilitiesOwn and deliver against your expansion and upsell revenue quota across your book of businessTake a consultative, solution-selling approach to identify growth opportunities within your accountsNegotiate contract renewals, build proposals, and manage commercial outcomesUse data-driven outreach to promote new products, analyse customer engagement, and increase product utilisationEducate customers on the value of Sign In App, connecting features to their specific challenges and goalsPrioritise and advocate for customer needs, elevating issues that will have the most impact on satisfaction, retention, and growthPartner with marketing on customer campaigns and programmesCollaborate cross-functionally to deliver an outstanding ongoing experience for customersMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activitySkillsProficiency in Danish (both written and verbal) is essentialBachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science, or equivalent experiencePrevious SaaS experience is requiredProven track record of quota attainmentAbility to interact with a customer's executives and demonstrate strategic understanding of business needsHands-on experience with CRM software products (Salesforce.com preferred)Ability to think critically and analyticallyOutstanding listening skills with the ability to translate client communications into solutionsStrong organizational skills, highly detail oriented, motivated to document processAbility to multitask/ in a SUPER fast paced environmentWillingness and passion to learn new skills3+ years in a client facing, high-tech B2B, account management or renewal management role preferredDesired/ Preferable previous Software as a Service (SaaS) experienceCompany OverviewSign In Solutions’ visitor management platform is more than just a visitor log - it’s a fully integrated, proactive solution designed to enhance security, streamline compliance, and create seamless visitor interactions.
