[Remote] Account Manager, Customer Experience (Digital Accounts)

They are seeking an Account Manager, Customer Experience to support a portfolio of integrated digital marketing clients, serving as the primary client contact and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.ResponsibilitiesServe as the day-to-day across digital marketing programs including SEO, Paid Search, Analytics, Content, and Media initiativesDevelop a strong understanding of search marketing fundamentals and effectively communicate SEO and Paid Search strategies, recommendations, performance results, and optimization opportunities to clientsPartner with channel specialists and strategists to identify opportunities for growth, performance improvement, and cross-channel integrationTranslate client business objectives into actionable marketing plans, ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, measurement, and business outcomesLead client status meetings, quarterly business reviews, and performance discussions, providing clear recommendations backed by data and insightsCollaborate with Analytics teams to interpret campaign performance and communicate meaningful insights, trends, and optimization opportunitiesSupport retail, eCommerce, and consumer-focused clients by understanding customer acquisition, retention, retailer marketing programs, retail media networks, and omnichannel customer journeysIdentify opportunities to expand existing client engagements through additional services, channels, and strategic initiativesSkills2-4+ years of experience in account management, client services, or digital marketing within an agency environmentExperience managing integrated digital marketing programs, including SEO, Paid Search, Content Marketing, Media, Analytics, CRM, or other performance marketing channelsWorking knowledge of search marketing principles, including SEO best practices, organic search performance metrics, keyword strategy, and Paid Search fundamentalsAbility to confidently discuss digital marketing performance, measurement frameworks, KPIs, and optimization strategies with clients and internal stakeholdersStrong consultative and relationship-building skills, with demonstrated success managing and growing client partnershipsProven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain accountability across deliverablesExperience developing presentations, business reviews, strategic recommendations, and client-facing communicationsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate findings into actionable recommendationsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with analytics and reporting platforms is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational abilitiesCuriosity, adaptability, and a passion for learning emerging digital marketing trends and technologiesExperience supporting retail, eCommerce, CPG, consumer brands, retailer marketing programs, or omnichannel marketing initiatives is strongly preferredBenefitsPaid time off that includes Unlimited Vacation Time, Annual Sick Days, Mental Health Days, and HolidaysDental, Vision, and Health Insurance401(k) with a company match programPaid Parental LeaveCompany OverviewVision has been acquired by Amsive.
