[Remote] Account Manager, Curio Science

As an Account Manager for Curio Science, you will oversee operations for non-CME scientific and clinical exchange programs, manage project timelines, and serve as the main contact for clients and internal teams.ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain project timelines, with input from internal team membersTrack progress of activity against established timelinesProvide mentorship to account management teamExecute program plan based on working budget and manage against funding obtainedInitiate, execute, and measure effectiveness of audience generationProvide onsite project managementServe as the project point of contact for internal teams (Scientific Communications, Creative, Client Services, Finance, etc.), clients, and healthcare providersConduct regular project status meetings with internal core team and clients as necessaryMaintain contact with healthcare providers throughout the course of the meetingPrepare, schedule, and conduct virtual trainings for expert advisorsMay contribute to mentoring and training of more junior staff and to department-wide trainingsPartner with fellow account managers and cross-functional teams to support Vaniam Group business development initiativesCreate scope of work for new subscriptionsOther duties may be assigned to help drive deliverables within this roleSkillsBachelor's degree3+ years of work experience in a medical education company, healthcare communications agency, the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industryTechnical expertise to include Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and other internal communication and project planning toolsUnderstanding of Curio Science offerings and ability to describe them to current and potential clients, faculty, and healthcare provider attendeesAwareness of relevant legal/regulatory requirements governing pharmaceutical industry activitiesStrong customer service focus; history of looking for the above and beyond solutionsAbility to communicate clearly and work collaboratively in a dynamic, virtual environmentStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively and professionally at all levels within the organization, healthcare providers, and clients at all timesExcellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to provide clear direction and set expectationsDemonstrate ability to prioritize/plan work activities and meet tight deadlinesAbility to manage and prioritize personal and/or team workloadResults-oriented with a commitment to accountabilityStrong organizational and time management skillsDemonstrate a sense of urgency to obtain resultsEnsure the highest standards of quality control of client materials and, as appropriate, develop best practices protocols for project teams to facilitate such quality controlAbility to travel within the US and internationally as necessary, based on project, client, and organizational needs (35% travel expected)BenefitsHealth benefits – medical, dental, visionGenerous parental leave benefitFocused on your financial future with a 401(k) Plan and company matchFlexible Time Off policy for rest and relaxationVolunteer Time Off for community involvementEmphasis on Personal WellnessVirtual workout classesDiscounts on tickets, events, hotels, child care, groceries, etc.Employee Assistance ProgramsCompany OverviewVaniam Group offers consulting, scientific communication, expert engagement & insights-gathering services within the oncology field.
