[Remote] Account Manager (Congress Hubs)

They are seeking an experienced Account Manager to support their centralized Congress Hub workstream across Oncology, Immunology, and Neuroscience, ensuring smooth congress activities and effective client management.ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery and day-to-day management of the Congress Hub workstream across Oncology, Immunology, and NeuroscienceCollaborate with and support an Account Executive and Senior Account Executive contributing to the congress hubParticipate in and support client congress hub kickoff calls and ongoing status callsManage congress hub financial tasks, including processing invoices, preparing budgets, and maintaining monthly forecastsAssist with the preparation of post-congress metrics summariesPartner with digital and editorial teams to coordinate congress-related materialsCollect, review, and QC materials prior to posting to the congress hubTrack congress deadlines and ensure deliverables align with published submission and disposition dates, in addition to other key congress datesInvestigate copyright and embargoes to ensure compliance with company and congress guidanceResponsible for creative thinking and trouble shooting emergencies under tight timelinesEnsure proper resourcing across client solutions, digital, and editorial teams to successfully meet deadlinesResponsible for bringing new and innovative ideas to the client to help maintain them at the forefront of technology and innovationSkillsPrior experience supporting publications and congress-related work; familiarity with congress key dates, materials, compliance, embargoes, and copyright is requiredStrong budget and financial management experience, including invoicing and forecasting using advanced technological platformsClient-facing experience with a proactive, collaborative approachExperience with digital websites and the use of QR codesExceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skillsSavvy with technology; resourceful and adaptableComfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines; skilled at being able to quickly pivot and prioritize urgent requestsProficiency in PowerPoint and ExcelBenefitsIn addition to a competitive base salary, we offer an attractive total compensation benefits package designed to reward and support our people.Company OverviewEnvision Pharma Group is an innovative scientific communications and technology company focused on the life science industry.
