[Remote] Account Manager (Commercial P&C)

They are seeking an Account Manager to support Account Executives in servicing middle-market commercial P&C accounts and to help prepare renewal materials while ensuring high-quality client service.ResponsibilitiesSupport Account Executives in servicing middle-market commercial P&C accountsAssist with day-to-day client needs, including policy changes, documentation, billing questions, endorsements, and certificates of insuranceHelp prepare renewal materials and marketing submissions; coordinate with producers to ensure timely delivery and strong client outcomesApply knowledge to navigate complex coverage structures and negotiate with carriersCommunicate with carriers to obtain quotes, endorsements, and other policy informationFollow Arvor’s client service playbook and contribute to maintaining consistent, high-quality service standardsParticipate in pilots of new tools and systems, providing feedback on usability and performanceCollaborate with internal teams, including engineering and product, to help improve service workflowsDemonstrate curiosity, reliability, and attention to detail in all aspects of workSkills5+ years of commercial insurance brokerage experience (you have focused on middle-market and/or large accounts)Understanding of core commercial lines (Property, GL, Auto, WC, Umbrella and Specialty Lines)Proven success managing a book of complex accountsStrong communication and analytical skillsActive, current P&C License (advanced designations a plus)Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable in fast-moving environmentsCompany OverviewArvor Insurance is where brokers grow.
