The EPM Sales Account Manager - Commercial & Light Industrial is responsible for driving growth and maintaining revenue by developing strategic customer relationships and executing sales strategies within ABB's Electrical Maintenance Program.ResponsibilitiesAccount Management — Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement, strategic guidance, and quarterly business reviews to drive retention and expansionSales Growth — Optimize sales volume within existing accounts by identifying key stakeholders, navigating procurement processes, and executing penetration strategies to increase wallet shareNew Business Development — Define ideal customer profiles, generate qualified pipelines, and convert prospects into new EPM customers across commercial and light industrial marketsCross‑Selling Integration — Leverage deep knowledge of ABB’s Electrification Service portfolio to identify complementary service opportunities, promote bundled solutions, and drive incremental revenuePerformance Execution — Achieve targets for orders, profitability, and acquisition while maintaining accurate forecasting, tracking KPIs, and executing structured account plansSkillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent work experienceMinimum 10 years of sales or sales-related experience in a B2B environmentFamiliarity with ABB products, systems, and commercial processesExperience in the electrical services, maintenance, or electrification sectorDemonstrated success selling enterprise-level solutions to mid to large-size commercial and industrial customersTrack record of new account development and account penetration in assigned territory or segmentExcellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong presentation and communication skills with ability to engage C-suite executivesAbility to travel 34-40% nationwide, as neededBenefitsChoice between two medical plan options: A PPO plan called the Copay Plan OR a High Deductible Health Plan (with a Health Savings Account) called the High Deductible Plan.Choice between two dental plan options: Core and Core PlusVision benefitCompany paid life insurance (2X base pay)Company paid AD&D (1X base pay)Voluntary life and AD&D – 100% employee paid up to maximumsShort Term Disability – up to 26 weeks – Company paidLong Term Disability – 60% of pay – Company paid.
