Position: Account Manager - Business Management
Location: REMOTE
Salary: $80K/yr - $90K/yr + Benefits
Job Description:
This individual will oversee and handle the day-to-day cash management of multiple high net-worth clients, entertainers, (music industry experience/ prior touring experience is highly preferred!) and small business owners.
ā¢ Review and approve accounts payables/receivables, general ledger postings, bank & credit card reconciliations and monthly cash flow
ā¢ Heavy client and vendor interaction
ā¢ Respond to daily client or partner requests
ā¢ Daily client cash management needs
ā¢ New client intake and setup
ā¢ Special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
ā¢ Minimum Education Requirement- Bachelor's Degree with major in Accounting
ā¢ Master's Degree highly preferred
ā¢ Will consider applicants with transferable experience in industry to meet this qualification
ā¢ Preferred experience level working with high profile and high net worth clientele: 5 - 7 years
ā¢ Candidates who are close to this range are encouraged to still apply if you feel you meet the requisite skill level
ā¢ Heavy bookkeeping experience, with AP/AR, reconciliations, payroll, and general tax knowledge
ā¢ Experience in the entertainment and music industry highly preferred and desired
ā¢ Tour experience a plus!
ā¢ Familiarity with Artist, Publisher, and Writers Royalty Statements
ā¢ High level of organization and attention to detail - critical thinking skills
ā¢ High level working knowledge of QuickBooks (Datafaction or AgiLink is a plus, but not necessary)
