The role involves ensuring client satisfaction, managing relationships, and addressing any issues that arise to maintain quality service and retention.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for all client/broker communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenueReview all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are metEnsure that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Manager of any problems that may ariseHandle PUC complaints & escalationsManaging customer expectationsResponsible for retention of customersCommunicate the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the teamProvide regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectationsUnderstanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicate all offerings to the clientAssist team through difficult issues, by finding solution driven resultsEnsure that clients are kept happy and always satisfied by always providing prompt response and solutions to their challengesServe as the primary relationship owner for assigned large partners with responsibility for retention and account manager supportReports to the TL of Account Management, providing regular input on all account activity, including complaints and escalationsSkillsBilingual - fluent in English/SpanishProven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain, and enhance customer relationshipsMinimum 2 years of Account Management experienceExtremely detail orientedTechnical competenceMotivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiatorHigh level of initiative and work well in a team environmentExcellent written and oral communication skillsHandles stressful situations and deadline pressures wellPlans and carries out responsibilities with minimal directionConsultative skills required to work with customers and brokersCanadian Energy Market Knowledge will be an assetBenefitsAverage annual commission earnings is $8,500 CAD.Company OverviewJust Energy specializes in electricity and natural gas commodities, energy efficiency solutions, and renewable energy options.
