They are seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the sales and order lifecycle while driving customer satisfaction and business growth.ResponsibilitiesConduct Insight platform searches to identify viable public and private leadsMonitor and track Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) for early-stage opportunitiesEvaluate developer-driven projects and private sector demandInterface with contractors, municipalities, and engineers to understand project requirementsPrepare and issue quotes using internal platforms, ensuring accuracy and urgency prioritizationCollaborate with estimating and project management teams to verify quote feasibilityPrepare and distribute complete submittal packages with required documentationManage revisions, engineering calculations, and redlinesCommunicate submittal status and changes to customers proactivelyFacilitate transition from quote to release, including documentation verification (POs, drawings, job codes)Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillmentSend release confirmations and introductions to project managersProvide Sales Manager support at trade shows, customer visits, job site visits as neededLog all Daily Activities that are critical to 'Build' of the territory. Key Conversations with Accounts, emails, tasks, Phone CallsBuild and Maintain Account Pages for: Municipalities/Water Authorities, Engineering Firms, Contractors.
