[Remote] Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sixth City Marketing is looking for a digitally savvy Account Manager to manage day-to-day client accounts. The role involves understanding client needs, developing marketing strategies, and executing deliverables to help clients achieve their goals.ResponsibilitiesAssist multiple clients as their day-to-day point of contactDevelop and refine a keen understanding of client needs, related to their industry, branding, and competitive positioning; recognize the strategic and tactical goals of each clientWork closely with clients to address scope challenges and issues facing accountsUnderstand key internet marketing channels (search engine optimization, social media, and pay-per-click marketing)Familiarity with Google Analytics and HubSpot a plus; training providedRemain up-to-date with interactive trendsStrategize the development of new and existing accounts, helping to direct in-market tactics and produce client- and internal-facing deliverablesProactively identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and long-term success of clientsTranslate client needs to agency needs; produce documentation for use by internal team membersAssist in prioritizing tasks and ensure team members are briefed on account contextSupport quality assurance for work presented to clients, holding to standards of the highest qualityRetain clients and foster a healthy working relationship with client representativesEngage with day-to-day client contacts along with senior client personnel to discuss the strategic goals of accounts, and ongoing and future projectsWrite and edit accurate, concise, and highly promotional page content for clients.
