[Remote] Account Manager

They are seeking an Account Manager to provide day-to-day support to clients and manage communication across various internal teams, focusing on account growth and development.ResponsibilitiesManaging communication for a targeted list of Workers’ Compensation and Health Plan accounts around program and case-related questions, issue detection and resolution, department escalations with a focus on account growth and developmentFacilitate implementation meetings, configure client profiles, manage user access permissions, and coordinate go-live requirementsServe as the primary point of contact for clients by leading regular performance reviews (JOCs/QBRs), addressing inquiries, and resolving complaintsGenerate, validate, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics while managing ad-hoc data requests to drive strategic initiativesAssist with the sales pipeline by participating in scoping meetings, preparing pricing models, supporting RFP/RFI responses, and collaborating on marketing campaignsCoordinate contract (SOW/Addendum) renewals with legal teamsPartner with IT and Product teams on system enhancements and user testing based on operational and client feedbackCoordinate audits, security assessments, and remediation plans with compliance and regulatory teamsAlign client capacity requirements with recruitment priorities, ensuring network coverage meets regulatory and organizational standardsSkillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with a strong sense of urgency to meet our clients' expectationsExcellent time management and attention to detailStrong research skills with the ability to analyze and report data2-3 years of related experience (Account Management or Account Management support)Experience navigating web-based systems efficientlyAn Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree is preferredClinical experience preferred (LPB, RN, or CPHT)Workers' Comp, Health Plan, PBM Utilization Review, Managed Care, or Claims background preferredBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your familyVoluntary life insurance options for you, your spouse, and your childrenOther voluntary benefits which include hospital indemnity, critical illness, accident indemnity, and pet insurance plansBasic life insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability coverage at no costGenerous paid time off policy401k plan with a company matchApple equipment and a media stipend are provided for remote workspaceCompany OverviewDane Street is an insurance company that offers review and evaluation services for workers compensation, health, and to some businesses.
