The Key Account Manager will develop long-term partnerships with global clients, ensuring satisfaction with Avetta's solutions while driving revenue growth and client retention.ResponsibilitiesAfter initial deployment, Global Account Manager assumes Account ownership and operates as lead point of contact for all business matters relating to your Client’s BU (business unit)Develop and manage relationships with key Client stakeholders and executive sponsors within the Safety, Procurement, Finance/Risk, Compliance, and Legal functions at Client Site(s) and Corporate levelsIn collaboration with Implementation Manager, Solution Engineer, Program Manager and Client Success, ensure a high level of satisfaction with our solutions and servicesCreate and Document a strategic account plan and execute against the plan’s identified goalsPerform remote and onsite Client Business Reviews, identifying opportunities for improvement satisfaction and managing subsequent engagementsCoordinate with Solution Engineer to demonstrate all products and features to current and/or expansion opportunitiesIdentify Expansion opportunities within assigned Clients and collaborate with other Teams as appropriate to ensure growth attainmentEscalate top client issues, assist in developing action plans to resolveAdherence to all sales processes including accurate and timely updating of applicable dataTrack and own your Account Management Metrics, Client Satisfaction, Client Sales Plays, Client Reviews, Reference Status and deliver complete and accurate Sales ForecastsSuccessful achievement of assigned sales quota monthly/quarterly/annuallyUpdate Avetta cross-functional teams and executives with ongoing progressMinimum - quarterly business reviews with each assigned clientMeet or exceed new billings assigned quota, monthly/quarterly/annuallyEnsure the customer satisfaction preventing churnBe able to display all current account plans at any timeSkillsAccountable for results and deliverables, able to work independently and proactivelyProven success in previous Account Management rolesMinimum of five years of Account Management experience in an enterprise SaaS software and/or complex sales structureExcellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skillsSkilled in use of Microsoft Office and Salesforce.comExcellent time management skillsProblem analysis and problem-solvingDesire to put in hours required to execute on job responsibilitiesConsultative/Challenger approach to Account ManagementDemonstrates a highly organized and structured approach to managing priorities, projects, and customer relationshipsThis position requires regular travel to client sites within the assigned territory and key accounts to facilitate in-person meetings and strengthen client relationships.
