As an Account Manager on the Client Services team, you will manage political, voter contact, and public affairs/issue advocacy client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and delivering high-impact communication programs.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of political/voter contact and public affairs/issue advocacy client accountsBuild and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring consistent communication and satisfactionPlan, execute, and optimize multi-channel voter contact and issue advocacy programsManage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables with precisionCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of services, including: Outbound/inbound calls, Digital and text-based outreach, Town hall events and conferencing, Data enhancement and cloud-based toolsOversee client onboarding, invoicing, and accounts receivableDraft and manage approval of scripts, messages, and campaign contentMonitor performance metrics (KPIs), troubleshoot issues, and implement improvementsPrepare and present detailed client reports and strategic recommendationsSupport proposal development and contribute to sales and marketing effortsProvide occasional support to internal teams, including mail production, QA, and help deskSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experienceBackground or strong interest in: Politics, public affairs, government relations; Survey research, polling, digital or direct marketing3+ years in account management, project management, or client services preferredExceptional organizational and multitasking skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualitySelf-motivated, action-oriented, and results-drivenProficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and WordStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated integrity, professionalism, and a collaborative mindsetCompany OverviewFLS Connect is a telecommunications company that offers data management services.
