They are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager responsible for managing and growing strategic employer relationships and ensuring the successful execution of customized benefit solutions.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for assigned self-funded employer groups and broker partnersBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholdersAct as a trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance on benefit plan performance and cost-containment opportunitiesOversee the administration of self-funded plans, ensuring compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, and other regulatory requirementsAnalyze claims data, utilization trends, and reporting to develop actionable recommendations for clientsCollaborate with underwriting, clinical, and compliance teams to optimize plan design and manage risk for client renewalsIdentify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products and servicesSupport the development and delivery of client presentations to secure new business and retain existing accountsPartner with broker networks to enhance market reach and generate growthDrive annual plan reviews and renewal processes, ensuring proactive preparation and timely executionLead client strategy meetings, presenting financial reports, trend analyses, and innovative cost-saving solutionsMaintain accountability for client satisfaction scores and retention metricsSkills3+ years of Account Management experience with a focus on self-funded health insurance plans, third-party benefit plan administration, stop-loss carriers, PBMs, and wellness program vendorsProven history of managing medium to large employer groupsStrong relationships with national and regional broker networksFamiliarity with claims analysis, healthcare trend reporting, and performance metricsStrong negotiation, presentation, and consultative sales skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsLocation: Arizona (Required)Account management: 3 years (Required)Experience with Salesforce CRM (nice to have)Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, communications, marketing, or related field (nice to have)CEBS, GBA, or similar industry certifications (nice to have)Salesforce: 3 years (Preferred)BenefitsCompetitive Salary + Annual Bonus based on Plan Renewal RateAffordable health, vision, and dental insurance for you and your familyCompany contributes up to $2,300 to Health Savings Account annuallyWellness program that contributes additional money towards your HSAAutomatic 3% contribution into retirement planCareer development and growth opportunitiesFlexible time off & 10 paid holidays per year401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee discountFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offTuition reimbursementVision insuranceCompany OverviewMotivHealth is an insurance company which provides health insurance, hsa, hsa health insurance, and health savings account services.
