They are seeking a motivated Account Manager to oversee and support a large regional account with multiple locations, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional service delivery.ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee all aspects of a large regional account with multiple locationsServe as the primary point of contact for all account related communication and supportBuild and maintain strong relationships with site leaders, stakeholders, and corporate partnersSupport vendor management, coordination, and communication across all locationsTroubleshoot operational challenges and provide timely, effective solutionsEnsure consistent delivery of high-quality programs and services across all sitesCollaborate with the corporate office to align on goals, expectations, and reportingMonitor account performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutionsProvide ongoing support, communication, and updates to all stakeholdersMaintain detailed records of account activity, issues, and resolutionsFollow the Impact Kids Code of Conduct and maintain the Impact Kids look at all timesExhibit Impact Kids Core Values at all times and adhere to all company policiesHave fun!SkillsMinimum of 2 - 3 years in account management, client services, operations, or a related fieldExperience managing large accounts, multiple locations, or working with corporate partnersOutstanding communication and relationship management skillsHighly responsive and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityProactive, solutions-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities across a complex account structurePositive, hands-on approach and a commitment to delivering excellent serviceBachelor's degreeCompany OverviewImpact Kids Miami empowers the next generation to lead with compassion, generosity, and purpose by instilling philanthropy and service as core values from an early age.
