The role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities in the healthcare sector while leveraging existing client relationships to expand the company's network.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the healthcare industryLeverage existing industry relationships and client networks to generate Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) businessBring in new clients including:Physician practicesMedical groupsHospitalsAmbulatory surgery centersClinicsHealthcare organizationsPromote company services related to:Medical billingAccounts receivable managementInsurance verificationCoding supportDenial managementRevenue cycle optimizationDevelop and maintain long-term client relationshipsConduct virtual and in-person client meetings when requiredGenerate leads through networking, referrals, industry contacts, and market outreachCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfactionMaintain awareness of healthcare industry trends and RCM market opportunitiesMeet or exceed revenue generation targetsSkillsProven experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and/or healthcare business developmentExisting network of healthcare clients and industry contacts preferredStrong understanding of: Medical billing, Claims processing, Denial management, Healthcare operations, RCM workflowsDemonstrated ability to generate new business and close deals independentlyExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environmentAbility to travel within the United States as needed for client meetings and business development activitiesExperience working with: Medical billing companies, Healthcare consulting firms, Physician practice management, Healthcare BPO servicesKnowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulationsExisting book of business or active healthcare client portfolio is highly preferredCompany OverviewExzelon, we believe that the success of every business begins with the right people.
