They are seeking an Account Manager to enhance client relationships and ensure operational excellence by executing client strategies and providing support across the organization.ResponsibilitiesDevelops and maintains a trusted advisor relationship with existing customers and stakeholders to enhance customer experience and retentionCollaborates with multiple internal stakeholders and external vendor partners to ensure best in class customer service and benefit solutions delivered efficiently and effectivelyFacilitates client meetings to advise and advance resolution of open action items and/or provide routine status updatesFacilitates the process for new benefit changes on behalf of client and provide direction on how those changes need to be implementedResponds to client inquiries, issues and concerns in a timely, concise and accurate mannerProvides clients with system support and collaboration toolsSupports client renewal activities in partnership with the Account Executive and Clinical Account ExecutiveSupports clients by executing regular account maintenance such as reporting, member-specific requests, open enrollment support and other tasks as neededThis role may require participation in conference calls, attendance at meetings or, travel outside of normal business hoursOther duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality management or related area, or equivalent experience requiredKnowledge of pharmacy benefits management, insurance or health care industry3 years of experience in a customer service roleAbility to demonstrate experience in critical thinking, prioritization, performance under pressure and relationship buildingParticipate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectivesThe ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employeesBenefitsTop of the industry benefits for Health, Dental, and Vision insurance20 days paid time off4 weeks paid parental leave9 paid holidays401K company match of up to 5% - No vesting requirementAdoption Assistance ProgramFlexible Spending AccountEducational Assistance Plan and Professional Membership assistanceReferral Bonus Program 60;up to $750!Company OverviewNavitus Health Solutions LLC is a full service, URAC-accredited pharmacy benefit management company.
