[Remote] Account Manager

Princeton10, LLP is launching a content studio to support fast-moving, project-based social media clients and is seeking an experienced Account Manager. The role involves building strong client relationships, ensuring successful execution of marketing campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs proactively.ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship ManagementServe as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, building trust and proactive relationships with client teamsShift the team from reactive to proactive, anticipate client needs before they become urgent requestsTranslate client briefs and feedback clearly for internal creative, copy, and design teamsPartner closely with the dedicated studio PM to keep projects on track and aligned with client expectationsManage high-volume social media content workflows across two fast-moving accounts simultaneouslyEnsure all deliverables meet brand standards and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical and healthcare clientsWork closely with the Account Director and studio team to deliver against client goalsMaintain clear, proactive communication across internal teams and client stakeholdersSupport the senior account team on budget tracking and financial oversightSkills2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising or a regulated industry, this is a firm requirementExperience managing high-volume social media campaigns — especially within a regulated or compliance-driven environment; this remains a priority skill for this roleComfortable in a fast-paced, reactive environment while actively working to build more proactive client engagementStrong ability to translate client requests into clear, actionable creative briefs for internal teamsExcellent communicator — written, verbal, and across Slack and Microsoft TeamsOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple concurrent workstreams without losing clarityWillingness to travel up to 20% for client collaborationCompany OverviewPrinceton10—Not an agency* *The layer-laden teams.
