[Remote] Account Manager

They are seeking an Account Manager to manage client contracts and service packages, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and seamless service delivery across various teams.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for clients on all operational and service-related matters, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and client satisfactionManage the day-to-day execution of client contracts, service packages, and deliverables in alignment with contractual requirementsBuild and maintain strong, trusted client relationships to support long-term partnership, retention, and renewal readinessCoordinate across engineering, operations, billing, and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective issue resolutionAct as the internal advocate for client needs, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables across all stakeholdersProactively identify, escalate, and manage delivery risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomesPartner closely with Sales Representatives to support renewals, account planning, and overall account successIdentify and pursue upsell opportunities, including additional events, services, and equipment solutions, to support revenue growthSupport the development of bid sheets and contribute to sales forecasting activitiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date account information, contract details, and pipeline visibility within Salesforce and other internal systemsEnsure adherence to internal processes, while continuously seeking opportunities to improve efficiency and delivery qualitySkillsBachelor's degree in business, Communications, Broadcast Production, or related field preferred3+ years of experience in account management, client services, production management, or service deliveryExperience managing client contracts, service delivery, or complex accountsStrong relationship management skills with a client-first mindsetDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teamsStrong communication skills with the ability to engage both internal stakeholders and external clientsCommercial awareness with the ability to support growth and upsell initiativesStrong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skillsAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentExperience using ScheduAll, Xytech System, SAGE or similar/related systemsProficiency with CRM tools such as SalesforceExperience working in broadcast production, media services, live event production, or sports broadcasting environmentsFamiliarity with production scheduling systems and operational reporting toolsCompany OverviewNEP Group is the world’s most trusted media services and live events partner in live sports and entertainment.
