[Remote] Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Driveline is the largest non-broker agency in the United States, specializing in retail merchandising. The Account Manager will provide customer service and professional account management to various clients, ensuring outstanding client satisfaction while meeting project financial goals.ResponsibilitiesPlay an active role in developing and maintaining client relationships and work effectively with Clients on quality and client satisfaction issues by demonstrating professionalism, responsiveness, and outstanding written and verbal communicationAct as the liaison between the Client, Sales, Operations, and other internal groups to communicate program information and project facilitationAttend and actively participate in the video, conference calls, and in-person meetings to facilitate a shared understanding of priorities and foster teamwork between the Client, Sales, Operations, and other internal teamsMaintain a working knowledge of client programs, objectives, and expectations and establish metrics to effectively measure Driveline's performance against these objectivesEstablish an advanced skill level in Driveline web-based reporting and Microsoft ExcelGuide program management by analyzing and interpreting data on a regular cadence with the goal of highlighting useful information, and providing recommendations regarding plan scope, execution, and methodologyCreate detailed and accurate project instructions, project guide documents, and work order questionsAccurate set-up of all assigned projects in the Driveline system, meeting standard timeline requirementsAnalyze program data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities and communicate results to assigned clientsEnsure internal timelines are met and that changes are communicated to internal Client Services and Field Operations teamsSuccessfully manage numerous projects concurrently, at different stages in the project lifecycle, through proper organization and multi-taskingIdentify Client concerns, develop action plans for resolution, work in conjunction with Driveline Operations to ensure appropriate actions are taken, and communicate the results to the Client, as well as internal staff and managementKeep Driveline management informed of issues prior to them becoming serious problems internally or with the ClientOther duties as assignedSkillsTeamwork and team facilitationClient satisfaction with your support of key plan rolloutsAbility to persuade effectivelyAccept change with flexibilityBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, or a related fieldRetail merchandising or consumer products management backgroundProven success in current/previous positionsDemonstrated ability to analyze data and present results effectively1 - 2 years of retail merchandising and customer service experience requiredBackground in logistics, supply chain management, or operations management is highly desiredBenefitsHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401K program with Company matchEmployee Assistance ProgramPrescription drug discountsEmployee discountsAnd more!Company OverviewDrive Line Group is an equipment distribution company that offers transmission, generators, engines, couplings, clutches, and brakes.
