They are seeking a Senior Product Manager – Salesforce Platform to own and transform the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring it supports growth and the go-to-market strategy across various departments.ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end Salesforce platform vision, strategy, and roadmap across Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Service CloudDefine Salesforce as the enterprise system of record supporting growth and GTM strategyEstablish platform governance, standards, and scalable architecture principlesDrive prioritization of enhancements, technical debt reduction, and platform maturity initiativesLead build vs. buy decisions for Salesforce-native capabilities and third-party solutionsPartner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to translate business needs into scalable system solutionsOptimize lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-cash, and customer lifecycle workflowsImprove forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and revenue reportingEnable GTM teams with automation, insights, and tools that increase productivity and efficiencySupport alignment between commercial strategy and system designOwn Salesforce data quality, governance, and lifecycle managementDefine standards for data structure, deduplication, enrichment, and validationEstablish KPIs to measure data health, adoption, and system performanceEnsure accurate reporting, dashboards, and executive visibilityDrive consistency across all CRM data inputs and downstream systemsOwn Salesforce integrations across HubSpot, Sage Intacct, Gong, and other GTM and financial systemsEnsure seamless data flow across lead management, revenue operations, and financial systemsPartner with Engineering to design scalable, secure, and reliable integrationsRationalize overlapping tools and reduce system redundancyEstablish integration governance, monitoring, and reliability standardsTranslate business requirements into clear product priorities and execution plansPartner with Salesforce Admins, Engineering, and vendors to deliver enhancementsManage a prioritized backlog balancing quick wins and long-term platform investmentDrive cross-functional planning and execution disciplineEnsure timely and high-quality delivery of platform improvementsDrive Salesforce adoption across the organization through structured enablement and trainingServe as the primary Salesforce subject matter expert across the businessLead change management for new workflows, features, and system enhancementsBuild trust through consistency, transparency, and delivery excellenceContinuously improve user experience and system usabilitySkills7+ years of experience in Product Management, Salesforce Platform Management, Revenue Systems, or CRM ownership rolesProven success owning and scaling Salesforce in a growing or low-maturity environmentDemonstrated experience cleaning up fragmented CRM implementations and building scalable systemsDeep expertise in Sales Cloud with familiarity across Revenue Cloud and Service CloudExperience integrating Salesforce with tools such as HubSpot, Sage Intacct, Gong, or similar systemsStrong understanding of CRM architecture, data governance, and GTM processesExperience working closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance stakeholdersStrong stakeholder management, communication, and execution skillsBackground in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or high-growth technology environmentsSalesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, or equivalent)BenefitsPerformance BonusCompany OverviewTransit Technologies is a software developing company that provides transit solutions.
