The Account Manager will work closely with Account Executives to ensure client success through strategic planning and exceptional customer support, focusing on driving client KPIs and campaign execution.ResponsibilitiesOwn pre and post-sale operations support for the direct sales organizationUtilize campaign data analytics and insights (i.e. best practices, historical performance data, case studies, analytics tools, and campaign history)To enhance account team and client knowledge, build strategic account plans, and drive a successful sales strategyTo demonstrate the ability to understand the data and use that data to “tell a story” to a client through reportable insights, wrap up reports, quarterly business reviews, etcDevelop and maintain excellent customer relations, acting as a point of contact for existing customers both direct and via media agencies and agency trading desksRecognize upsell opportunities; lead and influence clients to invest when opportunities ariseSupport the Account Executive throughout the sales process by being an active participant in client meetings, navigate and influence clients’ personnel (planners and buyers) and compliment client objectives with a suite of corresponding GroundTruth productsSkills1 - 2 years media experience in a client facing roleBachelor's Degree or 3+ years of experience in a similar field: ad tech, customer success, project managementProficiency in Office Suite, PowerPoint or Keynote, and SalesforceTechnical aptitude: you're not afraid of new technologies and eager to learn themClient Facing: Comfortable working in a client facing role in a fast-paced environment with frequent pressure to prioritize work and meet deadlinesStrategic: Understand components of selling opportunities and be able to articulate at a client levelAnalytical thinker: Digest data, make conclusions and recommendationsProblem solver: Doesn't wait for someone else to give the answer; takes charge and feels ownershipOrganized: Ability to prioritize and deliver timely work; best in class project management skillsFlexible: Dynamic, hard-working, and able to pivot direction quickly to keep up with business demandsA great communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable in engaging conversation with any levelDetail-oriented: the little things matterA team player and not afraid to roll up your sleeves and help when neededSelf-sufficient and not afraid to take the lead and manage tasks independentlyCoachable and open to feedbackRespectful: we treat each other with respect and assume the best of one anotherNot afraid to have fun!BenefitsFully-paid medical premiums for employees401(k) employer matchGenerous parental leaveWellness and gym reimbursementFamily and pet expense reimbursementEducation and coaching reimbursement programDaily lunch credit when working in-officeFully stocked snacks and beverages in-officeOption for mobile phone reimbursement or separate company phoneEquity analysis to ensure fair payCompany OverviewGroundTruth, the leading location technology company that drives results with real-world data.
