[Remote] Account Manager

The role focuses on ensuring clients gain maximum value from Comscore data and products, driving satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities Build strong, productive relationships with clients, ensuring goals and needs are clearly communicated across internal teams Serve as the clientβs day-to-day contact, driving product usage, satisfaction, and proactive communication Identify opportunities for expanded adoption of Comscore solutions and collaborate with Sales to support cross-sell and upsell opportunities Understand each client's business and recommend product or service enhancements to meet evolving needs Coordinate with Product, Sales, and other teams on initiatives tied to client success and regional/commercial priorities Skills 1β4+ years of account management, client success, analytics, or digital media experience (depending on level) Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally Problem-solving mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with audience measurement, digital media, advertising, or analytics (helpful but not required for junior levels) Company Overview Comscore (NASDAQ: SCOR) is a global, trusted partner for planning, transacting and evaluating media across platforms.
