The Account Manager will support the execution, growth, and retention of publisher partnerships, focusing on day-to-day account support and performance monitoring while collaborating cross-functionally to resolve issues.ResponsibilitiesSupport the health, performance, and retention of a portfolio of publisher accountsExecute against defined performance, revenue, and retention goalsAssist in partner communication, reporting, and day-to-day account managementIdentify basic performance trends and escalate opportunities or risks to senior team membersFollow established processes, documentation, and reporting standardsCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Campaign Ops, Onboarding, and Product teams to resolve issuesBuild foundational knowledge in publisher strategy, monetization, and performance marketingSkills1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, or related fieldsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environmentBasic analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and identify trendsStrong organizational and time management skillsExperience with CRM or project management tools (HubSpot or similar)Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow within the roleOne or more (1+) years of experience at a digital, interactive, or agency (or equivalent)Proven success in account management, with a track record of retaining, renewing, and growing client relationshipsStrong understanding of digital and interactive marketing strategies and campaign executionExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence clients and internal stakeholdersStrong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to use data to inform recommendationsExceptional organizational, project management, prioritization, and multitasking skillsAbility to think creatively and strategically, including comfort with consultative selling and negotiationThrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and performs well under pressureSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamWorking experience with AI in order to optimize tasksWillingness to travel as required (up to 50% for sales-aligned roles; up to 10% for other roles, as applicable)BA/BS degree preferredProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and Google Sheets and SlidesExperience with Hubspot, JIRA, SigmaOne or more years of programmatical technical account management experience in the rewarded experience industryStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and drive actionable insightsPartner focus mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and resultsAbility to collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyPrior experience in Account ManagementExperience building or scaling account management processes or playbooksFamiliarity with publisher monetization models, CPI/CPE pricing, ROAS optimizationExperience working in matrixed or high-growth organizationsBenefitsMedical, dental, vision, STD, LTD and basic life insuranceFlexible PTOPaid sick leave prorated based on hire dateEight paid holidays throughout the calendar yearCompany OverviewA cutting-edge marketing and consumer insights platform, Prodege has charted a course of innovation in the evolving technology landscape by helping leading brands, marketers, and agencies uncover the answers to their business questions, acquire new customers, increase revenue, and drive brand loyalty & product adoption.
