[Remote] Account Manager

We are seeking an Account Manager to develop and close growth opportunities within our existing customer base while building relationships and driving revenue growth. This role will involve collaborating with various teams and managing a sales pipeline effectively.ResponsibilitiesGenerate qualified meetings for yourself and partner with Customer Success and Marketing on warm leadsDemonstrate the value of additional PerformYard products on a variety of customer meetingsCollaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to learn about and be able to demonstrate product releases, enhancements and updates to customersEffectively manage an active sales pipeline of growth opportunities across your territoryBuild strong relationships with current customers to help identify areas of opportunity for upsell and increased product valueMaintain an accurate sales forecast on a weekly/monthly/annual basis and manage your personal sales pipelineLeverage CRM tools and sales automation to constantly make yourself more efficientSkillsBachelor's Degree3+ years of experience in sales, account executive, business development, or account management roles, preferably in B2B SaaS industryAt least 1+ year in a quota carrying account management role, with demonstrated success meeting or exceeding targetsExperience managing current customer upsell opportunities and negotiating contract detailsA demonstrated track record of success in B2B SaaS sales rolesStrong internal and external communication skills and the ability to present multiple products seamlesslyExperience with QBRs and developing strategic account plansStrong public speaking skills and organizational skillsDemonstrated ability to develop and manage Executive relationshipsFamiliarity with renewal processesBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision health insurance benefits w/ HSA planDisability insurance401k planGenerous PTOPaid holidaysOther benefitsCompany OverviewPerformYard is an HR performance software that focuses on performance management and employee feedback.
