The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships to achieve sales targets.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts, upselling and cross-selling products or services to maximize revenue generation and hit sales targetsDevelop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients through regular communication, proactive outreach, and deep understanding of the clients goalsDevelop a very strong understanding of Array’s value propositions and become fluent with key product use cases and applicationsEstablish detailed CRM level understanding of clients in your portfolio e.g. client roadmap & planning cycles, client org chart, key roles & responsibilities etcBecome a trusted escalation point for clients to help manage key situations, overcome critical challenges and ensure success of collaborative client projectsManage renewal cycles / contract negotiation by successfully balancing the needs of both the client and ArrayUnderstand client needs and pain points, tailoring solutions to meet their specific requirementsGenerate sales reports, analyze customer data, and identify trends to inform strategic decisionsWork closely with internal teams like Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing and Finance to ensure seamless client experience and successful outcomesSkills5+ years of experience in B2B2C/B2B Account ManagementA proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales/growth targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong business acumen and understanding of sales cyclesStrong negotiation skillsProven ability to build relationships and manage customer expectationsProblem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address client challengesStrong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesProficiency in CRM systems to manage client data and track sales activityKnowledge of the financial and consumer cybersecurity industries and a passion for understanding the unique growth opportunities and challenges facing financial institutions, Fintechs, consumer cybersecurity and Credit Services Organizations is a plus!BenefitsFull medical, dental, and vision, premiums covered at 100% for full-time employees and 70% for dependentsUnlimited PTO and sick leave + 14 company holidays to encourage a healthy work-life blend100% 401k match up to 4% with immediate vestingGenerous and competitive parental leave for all parents$1,000 desk setup subsidy to set-up your unique remote office$100/month to subsidize wifi/cell phone expensesSummer Fridays (half-day Fridays) typically from late May to the end of AugustAnniversArray Kits for work anniversariesCommuter benefits for those who choose to go into our New York City or San Francisco office spacesCompany OverviewArray delivers embeddable, custom-branded credit and identity tools, personalized offers, and more.
