They are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to manage relationships with major Property Management clients, focusing on retention, expansion, and maximizing product adoption.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage a portfolio of major Property Management clients across the U.SBuild deep, consultative relationships with executives, regional managers, and onsite staffBecome the go-to point of contact for all strategic and day-to-day needsConduct regular QBRs, onsite visits, and performance reviewsDrive high retention and reduce churn through proactive, hands-on supportIdentify and execute expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunitiesEnsure clients are fully educated on our capabilities and new productsBuild account plans that forecast risks, opportunities, and expansion pathsPartner with Product, Ops, and Support to solve issues, streamline workflows, and implement improvementsUnderstand client operational processes deeply and serve as their internal advocateMonitor usage metrics and proactively address adoption gapsProvide feedback to leadership on trends, needs, and market opportunitiesTravel frequently to meet with PM portfolios and regional teamsHost trainings, onsite workshops, and relationship-building sessionsAttend conferences, industry events, and customer summits as neededSkills4–6+ years of Account Management, Customer Success, or field-based client-facing experienceProven track record of managing large, complex accounts or multi-site clientsAbility and willingness to travel extensively - approximately 25%Strong communicator with high emotional intelligenceDeeply customer-focused and comfortable handling escalationsOwnership mindset- you treat your accounts like your own businessExperience in property management, proptech, legal tech, or operations-heavy customer portfoliosExperience driving expansion, renewals, and cross-functional customer initiativesAbility to run structured QBRs and executive-level reviewsExperience working in a fast-moving startup or scale-up environmentBenefitsVariable commission, with on-target earnings (OTE) of approximately $180,000.Eligible to participate in company bonus planFull time, remote, salary positionMedical, dental, vision, disability insurance, and 401k availableFlexible time off (paid planned and sick time, and paid holidays)Company OverviewProof is revolutionizing service of process.
