They are seeking a high-impact Account Manager to develop and grow strategic client relationships, ensuring clients realize measurable value and expand their partnership with Lirio.ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end client relationship post-sale, serving as the primary day-to-day contact for client stakeholdersBuild and maintain trusted advisor relationships across working teams and executive leadershipEnsure smooth transition from Sales to delivery, establishing strong client confidence earlyDevelop and execute strategic account plans focused on retention, growth, and long-term partnership valueIdentify and drive opportunities to expand Lirio’s footprint across use cases, departments, and capabilitiesProactively uncover new needs and align Lirio solutions to evolving client prioritiesPartner with Sales on expansion opportunities while maintaining ownership of overall account strategyMaintain a high-touch, relationship-driven engagement model, including frequent onsite presenceLead client conversations, working sessions, and stakeholder alignment discussionsActively manage account sentiment, engagement health, and overall relationship strengthTranslate program activity and insights into clear business outcomes and ROI narrativesLead Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews (MBR/QBRs) to demonstrate value, reinforce progress, and unlock future opportunitiesEnsure Lirio’s work remains aligned to client strategic prioritiesPartner closely with the Project Manager and PMO, who own delivery execution, timelines, and cross-functional coordinationProvide client context, priorities, and feedback to inform delivery decisionsEnsure alignment between what is being delivered and what the client values mostEscalate and help resolve risks from a relationship and business impact perspective, while PMO manages executionOwn renewals, account health, and expansion pipeline for assigned accountsMaintain clear visibility into risks, opportunities, and account trajectoryDrive successful renewals through consistent value delivery and strong client relationshipsSkills7+ years in Account Management or Client ServicesBachelor's degree in related fieldExperience owning renewals and expansionExperience in consultative or services environmentsStrong executive presenceAbility to communicate complex value simplyStrong commercial and strategic thinkingComfort navigating ambiguityHigh ownership mindsetHealthcare or health tech experienceExperience with SaaS or PaaS productsExperience with AI, data platforms, or engagement solutionsBenefitsMedical (HSA available)DentalVisionShort-term & long-term disability (company-paid)Life & AD&D (company-paid)401K with company match10 paid holidays, quarterly company closure dates, + holiday week company closureFlexible time off policyWork from home6 weeks paid parental leaveCompany OverviewLirio is a behavior change AI platform that delivers behavioral engagement solutions for organizations.
