[Remote] Account Manager

They are currently seeking an Account Manager responsible for retaining existing customers and growing new business through strong customer relationships and consultative selling practices.ResponsibilitiesExecuting and managing the creative development and production cycle for multi-channel programs (email, programmatic, social, search, direct mail). Including:Partnering with Consulting (Strategy) for new campaign design, development and implementation, including media plan, creative brief and version plan developmentPartnering with Data and Analytics teams for accurate targeting, data pull, tracking and reportingPartnering with internal and external Web Production, Email Service Providers, and our in-house Digital Team for accurate and on time email and digital campaign deploymentPartnering with Print Production for accurate and on time direct mail dropServing as the primary liaison between the Client and all internal departments: Strategy, Creative, Data Management, Analytics and Web Production, Print Production and Digital (Display, Social, Video)Nurturing and growing successful client relationshipsBeing an advocate for the Client, translating their needs into actionable direction for the Agency; and being an advocate for the Agency, selling in our ideasProduce program estimates, timelines and budgets with accuracyPresenting results and final reporting to drive more effective programsOverseeing quality control at every step of the process and anticipating potential issuesCoordinating creative development for online and offline marketing channelsMaintaining creative / data segmentation version matricesMaintaining daily status reportCRF developmentSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required3 to 5 years of high-value, business-to-business, solution sales experience is requiredProven track record of overachievement within sales environmentHigh level of comfort with a technology-driven, fast-paced environment that requires ability to quickly synthesize multiple sources of dataSound and up-to-date technical knowledge; familiarity with using CRM systemsAbility to communicate with individuals at all levels in the Company and with various business contacts outside of the Company in an articulate, professional manner.
