[Remote] Account Manager

The Account Manager will own the full commercial relationship for a portfolio of smaller Enterprise clients, ensuring strong retention and predictable renewals while building the capability to progress into a Senior Account Manager role.ResponsibilitiesOwn a portfolio of smaller Enterprise accounts end-to-end, acting as the single commercial owner for each clientBe accountable for renewal outcomes, timelines, and commercial hygiene across your accountsEnsure renewals are planned, forecasted, and completed on time with no reactive extensions or lapsesMaintain a rolling 12-month renewal forecast for assigned accountsOwn renewal preparation, pricing conversations (within agreed guardrails), and contract coordinationIdentify early expansion signals and work with the others in the AM team to qualify and progress opportunitiesAct as the primary point of contact for assigned accountsBuild trusted relationships with 2–3 key stakeholders per client, including at least one commercial or decision-making contactLead or co-lead renewal conversations and value-focused client check-ins as appropriateMonitor account health signals including engagement, usage, responsiveness, and sentimentProactively identify churn risks and work with Customer Success to mitigate them earlyEnsure client outcomes and delivered value clearly support renewal discussionsWork closely with Customer Success, Support, and Product to ensure delivery aligns with commercial timelines and client expectationsEnsure clear ownership, escalation, and follow-through on client issuesSupport clean handovers and communication across Sales → CS → Account ManagementMaintain accurate, up-to-date records in HubSpot including contacts, renewal dates, deal stages, forecasts, notes, and activityEnsure all client interactions, risks, and opportunities are logged and visibleOperate with a high standard of organisation, follow-through, and accountabilityBuild confidence in commercial conversations, renewals, and negotiationDeepen understanding of Fliplet’s platform, products, pricing, and value driversDemonstrate readiness over time to take on larger and more complex Enterprise accountsSkillsExperience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, or a similar client-facing roleComfortable owning outcomes, timelines, and follow-throughConfident communicator with clients and internal stakeholdersCommercially curious and motivated to grow into a senior commercial roleOrganised, accountable, and proactiveCompany OverviewEnterprise app platform to create, manage and securely distribute apps without writing code or creating designs.
