Revolt Financial is seeking an Account Manager to join their dynamic and growing insurance practice serving an ultra-high-net-worth clientele. This client-facing role focuses on exceptional service and efficient handling of complex personal lines accounts, offering flexible hours and remote work opportunities.ResponsibilitiesManage and service a growing book of high-net-worth personal lines clients, supporting both standard and excess & surplus (E&S) linesPrepare quotes, renewals, and policy adjustments for home, auto, umbrella, jewelry, and other specialty coverageDeliver responsive, concierge-level service to clients, resolving billing, claims, and policy issues promptlyBuild and maintain strong relationships with luxury carriers and partnersCommunicate effectively with clients, carrier representatives, and underwriters to ensure the timely delivery of policies and documentsRespond to urgent or after-hours client needs when necessaryCollaborate with the team to manage increasing business volume and expand the firm's capacityKeep detailed records of client communications and transactions within the agency management systemUphold the firm’s premium brand image through a polished, service-first approachSkills3+ years of experience in a personal lines account management or client service roleDemonstrated experience managing high-premium or luxury personal lines accountsFamiliarity with both standard and E&S carrier platforms and quoting proceduresExceptional organization, responsiveness, and follow-through in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills with a client-first mindsetWillingness to occasionally support clients during evenings or weekendsActive Property & Casualty License preferred, or openness to obtain after hireProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and agency management systems preferredBenefitsFull-time 1099 role with benefits and bonus opportunityFlexible hoursRemote workCompany OverviewWe’re not for everybody.
