[Remote] Account Growth Manager (South Central)

This role focuses on driving revenue growth, building partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective account management and collaboration with internal teams.ResponsibilitiesGrow year-over-year revenue across assigned accounts through strategic selling, expansion, and program optimizationConvert qualified non-exclusive accounts into exclusive, contracted partnershipsAnalyze account data to identify growth drivers, risk indicators, and upsell opportunitiesLead renewal conversations and pricing strategy in partnership with Sales ManagerServe as the primary relationship owner for assigned school leaders & program influencersConduct recurring business reviews, needs assessments, and roadmap planningGain fluency in assigned Pod’s private/parochial landscape to tailor growth approachRepresent Lands’ End at regional school events, association engagements, and conferencesPartner with BDE for seamless onboarding transition following new acquisitionEngage CSS in proactive planning for product, service, and operational executionProvide actionable customer intelligence to product, demand planning, marketing, and merchandisingSkillsBachelor's degree in Sales Management, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent experience4-6 years of relevant professional experience in client management, account management, inside sales, or growth-focused customer successAbility to sit for long periods of timeAbility to lift up to 30 lbsAbility to travel 15+ days per year based on school calendar and event schedulesDemonstrates proficiency in core responsibilities and tasks within their roleWorks independently on routine tasks and requires limited supervisionContributes to team projects and collaborates effectively with peersProfessional certifications are a plusCompany OverviewLands’ End, Inc.
