[Remote] Account Executive, Wholesale Casualty

The Account Executive is responsible for managing the day-to-day servicing and renewal lifecycle of client accounts, including policy submissions, renewals, endorsements, and client support.ResponsibilitiesManage the renewal lifecycle of commercial insurance accountsSupport account submissions, renewals, and policy servicingIssue insurance policies, binders, and endorsementsMaintain accurate policy documentation and client account recordsProvide day-to-day customer service and account supportCommunicate with insurance carriers and underwritersSupport brokers with submissions and market communicationsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate coverage placementReview insurance policies and documentation for accuracy and completenessProcess endorsements, binders, and policy updatesAssist with coverage analysis and renewal preparationUtilize insurance brokerage systems such as TitanMaintain client and policy records within agency management systemsUse Excel for reporting, tracking, and data analysisApply formulas and data tools to manage account information efficientlyWork closely with brokers and senior team members on account servicingParticipate in hands-on training with senior leadership and internal training programsSupport team initiatives to improve operational efficiency and client serviceSkillsMinimum 1+ years of professional experience in commercial insuranceExperience managing client accounts, financial data, or complex documentationExperience with policy administration, renewals, or underwriting supportStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data managementStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines within a very fast paced environmentProperty & Casualty (P&C) License required for considerationExperience in the wholesale insurance industry and within various marketsFamiliarity with insurance agency management systems or brokerage platforms, ImageRight and AIM a major plusExperience working with middle market commercial clientsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Risk ManagementBenefitsPaid time off for company holidays, vacation, sick and personal daysPaid parental leaveMental health servicesBonuses and benefitsCompany OverviewRyan Specialty is an insurance firm that provides solutions for brokers, agents, and insurance carriers.
